The Machan - A Vacation Home with Three Bedrooms (Sleeps 6), Two Full Baths and a Living Room. Let out as one single unit.

Camp Canopy - 800sqft. Luxury Machans with Tented accommodation on them (Sleeps 2).  Each Camp Canopy Machan has three sections i] Master Bedroom ii] Full Bathroom iii] Wooden Deck.

Rate Chart & Rules:

* Rates not valid for Public Holidays including Christmas, New Year and Select Long Weekends
* Tariff subject to change without prior notice

• Rates include Dinner & Breakfast for our guests
• Guests have the option to Lunch with us as well, do inform us in advance if you would like to do the same
• For The Machan, a minimum two night stay is required on weekends between Fri, Sat & Sun
• Check-in time is 2:00 pm & Check-out time is 12:00 noon
• 100% Advance payment is due at the time of booking
• Receipt of deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms
• 10% of all profits go towards the preservation of the flora and fauna of the Western Ghats.
• Reservations cancelled 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% administrative fee. Reservations cancelled 7 – 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge. No refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date. 
• Rights of admission are reserved
• No alcoholic beverages are sold at The Machan though corkage is levied
• The main gate to the property will remain closed at all times and opened on request

Tips for Visitors:

Do try your best to adhere to the following do's and dont's while at The Machan:

• Do not litter the forest. Avoid using polythene bags, tetra packs and other non-biodegradable material or if they have to be used, carry them back with you after use, to be disposed off properly.
• Be careful not to leave any combustible material around carelessly as this can start off a forest fire. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the forest so as to minimize the risk of a forest fire.

Please note that there are no stores in the vicinity and you will have to go to Lonavala for any additional supplies you require. Let’s look at what necessary and desirable items you might need to pack while visiting The Machan.

• Sunscreen, Hat & Sunglasses
• Socks and comfortable, sturdy shoes or boots
• Camera and binoculars
• Small Torch
• Personal hygiene requisites
• Warm Clothing (in the monsoons & winters)
• Rain wear and umbrella (in the monsoons)

Optional:

• Personal Medication
• Long sleeved cotton shirt for protection from the sun
• Long pants for hiking
