In 1994, we were the first in Western India, to install a 2 KWh Solar photovoltaic array with a battery bank & inverter to make 220v AC power. This helped us towards Security lighting & pumping of water. Continuing with our theme of Positive Carbon Footprint last year we added wind power of 1.2 KWh to take care of our needs, particularly in the monsoons.
Our Solar/Wind energy is also lighting the home of a large village family, half a Km away
